Born in Sartrouville in 2022, Lipan Care connects the diaspora, its friends and communities in Cameroon around one word: proximity.
Our story
From Sartrouville to Edéa
Lipan Care was founded on 9 April 2022 in Sartrouville (Yvelines, France) as a non-profit under the French Law of 1 July 1901. It brings together women and men in France and Cameroon who want to act where access to essential services is lacking.
Our signature, “closer to people”, sums up our method: start from the needs expressed by communities, act with them and account for every euro.

Integration & citizenship
Help everyone understand their rights and duties and take part in civic life in Sartrouville, Yvelines and the Paris region.
Education & culture
Promote citizenship through educational, cultural, economic, sports and leisure activities.
International solidarity
Contribute to humanitarian and development aid in Africa, and anywhere in case of war or natural disaster.
Environment
Act while caring for the environment: solar power, rainwater, reuse.

Governance
An elected board, an annual general meeting
The board, elected for three years by the general meeting, also acts as the board of directors. The association brings together honorary members, supporting members and active members.
